Apple TV has announced “Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy,” a new Peanuts holiday special premiering Friday, November 13. It is the latest entry in the “Snoopy Presents” series and will join the seasonal programming alongside the classic “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” which first appeared in 1965.

With 12 days to go until Christmas, Snoopy discovers he has landed on Santa’s naughty list. He sets out to prove he is not such a bad beagle, learning that the holiday season is about more than presents, according to Apple TV’s synopsis.

The special’s score is by Emmy Award-nominated composer Jeff Morrow, with original music from John Legend, Kamasi Washington and Leon Bridges. Legend’s “Get Ready” was produced by Raphael Saadiq, while Washington’s “Trying To Get There” features Bridges. Grammy Award winner Laufey also performs “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” produced by Spencer Stewart.

Inspired by Charles M. Schulz’s Peanuts comic strip, the special is produced by Peanuts and WildBrain. Its executive producers are Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, Logan McPherson, Paige Braddock, Chris Brocco and Mark Evestaff.
