The Wolf of Wall Street is moving to a free streaming home. Martin Scorsese’s 2013 crime film will be available on Pluto TV beginning November 1, according to the source material. The film was previously available through subscription services such as Paramount+ or through special deals on Prime Video. On Pluto TV, viewers will be able to watch it without a subscription, though the stream will include ads.
The film tells the true story of Jordan Belfort, a corrupt stockbroker played by Leonardo DiCaprio whose scheme unravels when an FBI agent, played by Kyle Chandler, targets him. The cast also includes Jonah Hill, Matthew McConaughey and Rob Reiner. DiCaprio received an Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of Belfort.
Margot Robbie played Naomi Lapaglia, Belfort’s second wife, in the film. She was 22 at the time and relatively unknown to American audiences before The Wolf of Wall Street, which marked her breakthrough. In the years since, she has appeared in major franchises and films, including as Harley Quinn in the DCEU and possibly the DCU, as Barbie in Barbie, and as Sharon Tate in Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood. She has also earned three Academy Award nominations, including two for her performances in I, Tonya and Bombshell and another for producing Barbie.
The Wolf of Wall Street will be available to stream on Pluto TV beginning November 1.
