Manga artist Emi Ishikawa confirmed via X that Toshi Densetsu Kaitai Center: Parallel File, the manga adaptation of Shueisha Game's title, has officially ended. The final installment was published in the December issue of Shueisha's Ribon magazine on Monday.

The serialization began in April 2025, and by August 19, Shueisha had already released the third compiled volume of the series. This manga serves as an adaptation of the original game, which first launched for PC via Steam in February 2025.

The source material follows Azami Fukurai, a heroine who handles cases involving urban myths under the supervision of Ayumu Meguriya, a Level S psychic and the Center Director. Players assist in dissolving cursed relics, monstrous oddities, and dimensional anomalies through the Urban Myth Dissolution Center.

Following its PC debut, the game expanded to iOS and Android mobile devices in March. More recently, a Nintendo Switch 2 edition was released on October 28. This specific version introduces support for Joy-Con 2 mouse controls and includes a gallery feature allowing players to revisit the game's artwork at any time.
