VisionQuest has lost its No. 1 position on Disney+ in the United States, according to FlixPatrol. The Marvel series had held the platform’s top spot in the country, but its penultimate episode was surpassed by this week’s Disney-themed episode of Dancing with the Stars. VisionQuest remains No. 1 worldwide on the service after three weeks as its biggest show globally.
The series follows Vision after he escapes from people seeking to weaponize him and goes into hiding. As he searches for a new purpose, he consults AI personas in his programming, including Friday, Edith, Jarvis and Ultron. His quiet life is disrupted when a bounty forces him to flee alongside Thomas Shepherd, a mysterious boy who may be his reincarnated son.
VisionQuest has a 91% “Certified Fresh” score on Rotten Tomatoes, while its audience score stands at 82%. The series completes a Marvel streaming trilogy that began with WandaVision in 2021 and continued with Agatha All Along in 2024, connecting the story to the family Wanda Maximoff created in the first show.
Created and led by showrunner Terry Matalas, VisionQuest stars Paul Bettany as Vision and James Spader as Ultron. Seven episodes are currently streaming on Disney+. The finale is scheduled to debut Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET.
